Maintenance
Maintenance is one of Aliseca’s central responsibilities and includes servicing, inspections, repair work and technical upgrades, i.e. any activities required to ensure the availability, reliability and operational safety of all LANXESS production and logistics equipment.
Our core business concerns operations-focused maintenance – the speedy and reliable remedy of unexpected downtimes. In addition to this we undertake preventive maintenance and inspection work in connection with the optimization of equipment and plant components.
We operate customer-focused maintenance workshops with qualified personnel and an efficient materials and spares supply at the sites in Brunsbüttel, Dormagen, Leverkusen and Uerdingen.
Our outsourcing department identifies competent subcontractors for services not available from the local maintenance organization and is fully responsible for the purchasing, coordination and accounting of such services.
We deploy SAP-based IT tools for the continuous monitoring and optimization of our services including computer-supported controlling of resources and materials and for the provision of information required for damage and weak-point analyses.
The segment supports Business Units in their search for optimized technical solutions and standardized or improved maintenance procedures and assists the planning and implementation of downtimes.
