Aliseca undertakes by the internal division Lanxess Operations Consulting (LOC) to optimize technical processes for LANXESS by analyzing business procedures and value flows in manufacturing and technology with the aim to increase the actual operations optimum.
Resources can be better utilized and the added value can be increased through methodical studies and the implementation of efficiency improvements and cost reductions. Another important element is the effective design of interfaces between production and other major departments such as marketing and controlling.
In this way the process optimization provided by LOC becomes an integral part of the change management at LANXESS, which is – after all – part and parcel of the executive management’s daily routine.
